Processed Cheese

 

In traditional processed cheese recipes the desired cheese flavor comes from the specific variety of cheese used as a raw ingredient.

This is not ideal in all cases:

  • The natural cheese production is time and cost intensive and has to be paid for by the customer.
  • When using natural cheese, the flavor can only be standardized up to a certain point.
  • A large portion of the flavor components will be lost due to the high temperatures needed for the production of processed cheese.
  • Frequently the cheese flavor is not strong enough to allow the final product a characteristic aroma.

When using JENEIL cheese flavor, processed cheese is provided a unique, balanced and standardized flavor profile. Additionally, the production cost of processed cheese will be reduced.

Processed cheese can of course also be enhanced with JENEIL's natural cream, yogurt or butter flavors.
