- dissolve the correct amount of instant powder in potable water while stirring the liquid
- heat it in accordance with the desired durability (from pasteurisation up to UHT)
- package it for customers
- This procedures considerably reduces production cost, as investment in machines and maintenance expenses go down.
- Allows flexibility, as the production volume can be quickly increased, e.g. in case of additional orders.
- Allows a high level of quality, as the raw material is a good of first-rate quality.
